Ladies Night at the Gym 2 sessions
This event is for Ladies Only 18+ we will have an expo which will feature a nutritionist, students from the cosmetology department will provide a service, and BMI and weight check, other women health info. After the expo we will have short exercise classes to teach women the best way to workout. Please come in your workout attire.
